So, you're ready to become one of us. The process is really simple, and only takes a couple minutes to do. But first, we should take a minute and explain to you some of the benefits that come with being a member of Lake Effect. It should also be noted that you don't have to register a Miata to be a member of the club. You are free to sign up with any kind of vehicle you would like.

 

An annual membership fee of only $20.00 in the Lake Effect Miata Club will get you:

  • A monthly newsletter with articles from contributing members
  • A list of after-market suppliers
  • A Lake Effect Logo door magnet
  • A membership card providing discounts at several NW Indiana businesses
  • A roster of current members' address, phone and e-mail information
  • A copy of the Lake Effect Miata Club's Constitution and By-Laws
  • A Lake Effect lapel pin to wear or trade
  • A list of past and future club events and rallies

 

Now that you know what comes with being a member, simply print, and fill out the form below and send it to the address listed.

Until the webmaster figures out how to better set up the forms for printing, you will have to 'copy' and 'print' them the hard way. Sorry for the inconvenience.
